FTP Site Access Request Form

Wilbert Plastic Services is changing. We are changing our FTP (File Transfer Protocol) Services to a new format that will provide increased security and functionality to you, our customers. On January 1, 2006 the cutover to our new FTP site will occur and the old site will no longer be available.

In order to access the new Wilbert FTP Site, all users within your company who access the Wilbert FTP site will need to have a new user id and password assigned and will also recieve new instructions for accessing the site.
