Standard materials converted include the following; PC, ABS, PP, PE, PA - Nylon, PC/PBT - Xenoy, PC, HDPE, LLDPE, TPE, TPO, PVC and many other polymer derivatives that include the use of fillers, colorants and performance enhancement packages.

Other processes commonly used are Gas Assist Molding, Gas Counter Pressure, Low Pressure Foam Molding, Insert Molding, Over Molding and In-Mold Decorating, and the production of basic shoot-and-ship parts.... to name a few.

At Wilbert, each process is evaluated by an Industrial Engineer to ensure that the minimal labor, cycle time, and production tact time are being applied to achieve the optimal competitive environment for our customers.
