Pallet Nesting
Empty pallets take up less warehouse/shipping space and are easier to store and handle.
|
TriMax Design
The synergistic activity of three structural design components in a TriEnda pallet -- resulting in the optimum pallet shape. The structural designs are:
1. Rib design
2. Knee joint design
3. Web design (The connection between ribs)
The counteraction of the rib, knee joint, and web designs help minimize bowing that occurs in pallet legs, and the sagging that occurs in a pallet deck when exposed to heavy loads.
|
ShockWave™ Deck Edge Design
Pleats designed into TriEnda's deck edge expand, allowing for a pallet's edge to flexibly arc when it is impacted by a pallet jack or fork lift.
Pallet deck edge arcing aids in preventing the cracking and bulging of a pallet.
Cracking and bulging ultimately reduce a pallet's underclearance, making equipment access difficult.
