Systems Pallet

A rigid, load-bearing platform manufactured of twin-sheet thermoformed high-density polyethylene, this product is designed to interface with a wide variety of material handling devices and is usually custom designed for each facility.

The platform is physically, economically, ergonomically, and ecologically superior to plywood.

Pallet Types:

ASRS pallet -- automatic storage & retrieval systems
Picking pallet -- facilitates manual load picking while on conveyor
Adapter pallet -- provides a platform for conveying nine leg pallet

• Fork entries & spacers -- allow penetration of forks while stacked
• Alignment cones -- aligns stack to facilitate robotics positioning on conveyor
• De-stacker Recess -- accommodates pivoting dogs on equipment
